I received notification just now that broadcom-wl was deleted from the AUR. Does anyone know why?

I'm not the maintainer, but I am almost positive it was in AUR4 (could be wrong, of course). But the notification came through about an hour ago (Aug 9, 11 PM UTC).

Where did this notification from from? (edit: just curious - but if it wasn't an aur4 changeover, I don't know where/why it would have gone away).

Has somebody been able to recover the MAKEPKG? Or at the very least, does someone have an old version of the MAKEPKG? That might help to start porting the format to AUR4 in order to upload the file again.

broadcom-wl-dkms might be a nice starting point if you need to rebuild it.
There's also a few gists with older versions that might be of use too:
