Gazillions of ERROR: PKGBUILD does not exist.

Looking through the latest issue of Linux Voice I thought I'd try some of the packages.
Fortunately they existed in the Arch repository, or ... so I thought.
Of the three packages I tried I recieve

==> ERROR: PKGBUILD does not exist

from Pacaur in all three cases. Pretty frustrating.
What can be done about it?

(Packages are octopi, Lightzone and Tomahawk)

Read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ar … ry#History
We've moved to AUR4, some things have changed.

What about https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/lightzone/ ?

Re: Gazillions of ERROR: PKGBUILD does not exist.

I can find all three packages, maybe your AUR helper won't work anymore.
Edit: Please learn how to use the AUR directly before you use something more convenient.

Warning: There is not and will never be an official mechanism for installing build material from the AUR. All AUR users should be familiar with the build process.

Since the move to git the urls for the PKGBUILDs did change.

Please make some effort to understand the difference between official and unsupported repositories.

Not a Pacman Issue, moving to AUR Issues...

Re: Gazillions of ERROR: PKGBUILD does not exist.

Latest stable version of pacaur should work without issue. Check your config, then read how to report bugs if needed (but these three packages seem to install correctly with pacaur).

Yeah, I'm partially to blame for that. *sigh* I should really get to updating my AUR packages. hmm

Yes, I was tired and posted in haste, javahelp2 is a requisit for Lightzone however ...

[martin@mobile-dragon javahelp2]$ makepkg -sri

==> Checking runtime dependencies...

% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
  0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- 0:00:01 --:--:-- 0curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
==> ERROR: Failure while downloading javahelp2_0_05.zip
    Aborting...

Should possibly be a bug?

error: 404 Not Found

Not a bug. Also, read comments on the AUR page.
