AUR ranking system suggestion

Is it possible to have ranking system for AUR, Packages, Maintainers could be filtered by popularity, downloads. So it can be easier for the user to "trust" the package. Don't get me wrong, Arch is great but there is considerable amount of time to take to find the packages and i find it bit of hassle to work with AUR when I need to quickly install packages.
