Welcome to the forusm, and thank you for the useful command outputs. But could you describe a bit more on how/where this fails. It looks like you are using NetworkManager, is that correct? How do you try to connect to secure networks, where/when does if fail, what kinds of errors or log messages are produced when it fails?
I'd recommend (temporarily) disabling NetworkManager and any/all other network services, then trying the manual steps to connect. If that fails, it will help pinpoint exactly where the problem is. If it succeeds, then we'll know to just focus on your service configuration (e.g. NetworkManager configuration).

i use NetworkManager the NetworkManager can see all the Wifi networks that are close but when i click on my wifi network wich is protected by wpa/wpa2 it shows a message at the top right "disconnected" without showing the password input field
i can connect manual
