Hello,
I updated openoffice to Openoffice 5 and now I get high cpu usage.
I already searched the net but found no usable solution to this problem.
In some places it was suggested to disable the logo in
/etc/libreoffice/sofficerc
But that made no difference.

Maybe it's something with your LO's config. Try to backup your ~/.config/libreoffice and start LO and check CPU usage after that. If problem won't be solved - replace backuped config files.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried your suggestion but it didn't solve the problem.
However, I experimented and found a few interesting things.
When I open a new file in openoffice 5 the high cpu usage disappears. But if I reopen my old openoffice file, which worked perfectly with the earlier version, which is about 70.2 kib, the cpu usage immadietly goes up to 100%.
I double checked. I launched my debian which is installed on another partition which still has an earlier version of openoffice; I opened my old office file and there was no high cpu usage on that one.
It is just openoffice 5 that can't handle this older file.
I copied the content of my old file into the new one and now it works fine.
Strange!
