[Solved] Usage intel-ucode with lilo bootloader

Please tell me how I need to configure Lilo, to use update Intel microcode. Lilo allows only one image initrd. Thanks in advance.

If that's true, then you can't without some real effort.

So, you need to use another bootloader for this purpose?

I would. LILO really became obsolete when filesystem-aware bootloader came onto the scene, so I personally think it's a good idea to use another bootloader anyway. I'm sure you can make it work through a custom initrd, but is it worth it?

You're right. But the fact that this bootloader just doing his job and I'm already used to it. Thanks for the answer, I'll use another bootloader.
