Plasma 5 and quick launch widget

Hello! Is in Plasma 5 any widget similar to quick launch in KDE4 (or in Windows 98 )

In KDE4 there was widget(with icon as a rocket), i placed it near K Button and added icons for most recently used apps. screen also available

Start an application, right click on it in the taskbar, pin "Show A Launcher When Not Running".

@Xabre Sorry but that's nothing more than a knockoff of windows 7 functionality. It does not answer his question and is a pathetic excuse for a replacement. Quicklaunch allowed for grouping categories of apps to conveniently access frequently used programs and allowed multiple rows of smaller icons. Unfortunately Quicklaunch is one of the features stripped from the 'improved' desktop environment and since KDE Frameworks is at v 5.13 and Plasma is at v 5.4 so I seriously doubt it will ever return.

For me this is one of the reasons to stay with KDE 4 :-( I was hoping that Plasma 5.4 will be already usable but it is still not. I am already considering to switch to another DE but unfortunately KDE4 seems to be the only that can be configured the way I like :-( But since they started activities on KDE5 and some apps are in Kf5 some things do not work as before :-(

Following on the above, it has been merged to kdeplasma-addons and I expect it to be released with plasma 5.5 in December.

With the release of Plasma 5.5, I decided to try KDE out for the first time, switching from XFCE. I want to be able to have a way to launch applications that don't show up where I can right-click while running. As far as I can tell, the quick launch widget/applet still is not available. Any updates? How can a launcher be added to a panel if the application doesn't show up anywhere on the panel while running?

I did a minimal install with `sudo pacman -S plasma-desktop`,  `sudo pacman -S dolphin`, `sudo pacman -S ffmpegthumbs`, `sudo pacman -S plasma-pa`

When I try clicking the hamburger-menu in the panel, choose "Add Widgets", and search for "quick" or "launch", nothing shows up. I can't find it with "Get New Widgets" either.

How do I install it on Arch?
