Gdk-WARNING **: shmget failed: error 28 (No space left on device)

hi
when i login every things work fine,but after sometime and running some programs such as AndroidStudio(OpenJdk) ,Firefox , ...
i cannot run some specific programs such as smplayer(playing music is fine,but play video is'not possible) or lampp manager.
even firefox window is glitching for 1-2 second.
i found this error from those programs when running from terminal:

([processname]:[id]): Gdk-WARNING **: shmget failed: error 28 (No space left on device)

but the more i searched google, i got more disappointed and confused.

Search the boards instead of google then openjdk7 has a resource leaking bug, either switch to openjdk8 or downgrade openjdk7 to the previous version

I have 8GB Ram,8GB swap,can you explain how to calculate optimum "kernel.shmmax" and "kernel.shmall"? and what is unit of these variables (eg: bytes,...)?
