How to mount encrypted partition on boot?

My machine was originally just Ubuntu then I partitioned the drive for an Ubuntu/Arch dual boot. I would like to access the Ubuntu partition from Arch on boot but the Ubuntu drive is encrypted. How would I go about doing this? I added another line to /etc/fstab as follows

    UUID=...   /mnt/ubuntu    ext4    defaults 0 2

This will mount the drive on boot but I don't know how to decrypt the home drive.

Re: How to mount encrypted partition on boot?

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dm … ck_at_boot if it was encrypted using luks, otherwise you have to tell us *how* you encrypted it.

Also /mnt is not the place for permanent mounts.
