I am new Arch user, but according to pacman -Syu i am good. My system was installed few days ago!
So what am i doing wrong?

Hm, sorry, I seem to have misread the package version earlier -- you're really not that far behind. That mirror does have newer versions of both those python packages, though. Try again, try another mirror or try forcing (-yy) package list update first.
