dolphin do not show the "create new folder" option

Hello. I just installed the system from scratch. I did a standard installation and then install the KDE desktop (plasma-meta and kde-applications-meta). apart from the browser did not install anything else. my problem is that dolphin is not working properly, there are options that are missing, the most important is "create folders". when I right click and go to "create new .." the only option that appears is "link to device". I can create folders if I do it from the command line. please help
