[SOLVED] kdebase-workspace conflicts

This morning I was unable to upgrade my system.

[xiesh@wcp ~]$ sudo pacman -Syu

Could there be something still installed that depends on kdebase-workspace
plasma-meta 5.3-1 and kde-applications group are installed; kdebase-workspace is not installed.

I do have a number of kde-meta packages installed, but they seem to depend on kde-applications:
kde-meta-kdeaccessibility  kde-meta-kdeedu            kde-meta-kdenetwork        kde-meta-kdeutils
kde-meta-kdeadmin          kde-meta-kdegames          kde-meta-kdepim            kde-meta-kdewebdev
kde-meta-kdeartwork        kde-meta-kdegraphics       kde-meta-kdesdk           
kde-meta-kdebase           kde-meta-kdemultimedia     kde-meta-kdetoys

Why does pacman want to install kdebase-workspace?

Sounds like you used pacman -Rdd instead of pacman -Rc to remove kdebase-workspace. Find what in your system depends on kdebase-workspace and remove it (hint: kdeartwork)

Yes, I did use pacman -Rdd kdebase-workspace.

To correct the issue I just removed any required by packages.
They were:
kde-meta-kdeartwork
kdeplasma4-addons
kdetoys-ktux
