Missing packages

Hello, I was installing arch and I wanted to install the nice editor ne, and I wanted a different init system, but pacman can't find them. I know that the repos are up-to-date because I jsut updated them when I installed base.
I'm a former opensuse user and then I switched to gentoo and then funtoo which I've been using for 6 months.
