Wine NTQueryVirtualMemory

I'm trying to play a game called Crossfire (link), but when loading its anti-cheat gateway client HGWC, it crashes with an error.

I've looked into it, and I think it's due to Wine not (fully) supporting NTQueryVirtualMemory (Wine bug #23999, link)

The weird thing is that I have to run Wine with sudo, otherwise CF_SGIN will come up with a download error, which results in not even the launcher being able to start.

Bump
