Replaced -fresh by -still, moved away ~/.config/libreoffice (how do you keep your customs dictionnaries and data-related settings through time? I lost it somehow), resetted SAL_USE_VLCPLUGIN.
Now I still have issues via SSH.
@bleach: you think that will help running LO fine through SSH X11forwarding?

Try this:
In the LibreOffice Menu choose:
Tools -> Options -> General
Check "Use LibreOffice Dialogs" checkbox.
