For the last weeks my keyboard have been randomly lagging. Sometimes it takes like 20 seconds for the system to register the keystroke...
I am using Logitech MK 250. Any ideas what may be the reason for this? I suppose some update is to blame. I thought it was bad batteries at first, but now that I've put in new ones, I realise it is something else.

Try testing with a Wired keyboard first if you have one available. Wireless communication could be the problem, using a wired keyboard would just help rule that out.
Asus Sabertooth Z87 // I7-4770k @ 4.7GHz // 16GB Corsair Vengeance @1600MHz // Asus CUii GTX750
250GB Sandisk extreme ssd -> /boot 1Gb swap 24GB / everything else
1TB WD caviar black drive -> /home whole drive
still working on ditching windows

maybe your usb autosuspend is on can you disable and test again? If it is already disabled can you unload/reload ehci_hcd module?

There is something funny going on, but the last few days it has gone back to normal... I have no clue what has happened, but if it returns I'll be back
Thank you for the suggestions anyway!
