Set "Primary" monitor

I'm running openbox and LXDE, I have dual monitors. If you didn't know, the primary monitor is the one that applications open up on by default. How do I set my primary monitor? (And yes, I did google it... only results for changing resolution and Windows 8 exclusive answers came up...)
