Install to sda if arch installer run from sda

I have:
/dev/vda
/dev/vda1
/dev/vda2

I download archlinux-2015.09.01-dual.iso to /dev/vda2, create grub, reboot and load from iso
I try create new partition table and shemes.
# parted mklabel gpt
and get error: partitions on /dev/vda are being used

ISO mounted from /dev/vda2

What I should do?

thnx!

I have no idea what you are trying to do.  What do you mean by "I download archlinux-2015.09.01-dual.iso to /dev/vda2".

What reference are you following?
