Pulseaudio sees just one audio output

Hello everyone and congratulations for one of the best distros I've ever seen by far (I stick with arch since 2010).

After a clean installation due to mobo & cpu change I stumbled in a Pulseaudio issue.
I have 3 sound cards avialable that generally can be recognized: usb Razor Megalodon, mobo chipset and hdmi nvidia (in the soundcard).

Here's the problem: at system boot after logging into gnome 3.16 I can just see the usb device, the others don't apper, like they didn't exist.
If I reboot pulseaudio with "pulseaudio -k" (it respawns) than I can see each device I have.

I already tried to follow some forums hints, pulseaudio troubleshooting in arch wiki and clean ./config/pulse .pulse-cookie in my home but nothing happened, at reboot the same problem appears.

Infos and logs:

Re: Pulseaudio sees just one audio output

I found out what could be considered an hacky solution, in case anyone had my same problem.

If I disable the autologin from gdm and I log apparently everything works as supposed.
At this point I suspect either there's something fishy into systemd and permissions, either some queue problems and gdm login gives the system enough time to load properly everything... I'll keep on digging.
