Nvidia proprietary driver: four displays on single screen

Perhaps this is just the result of a major user error, but my screen has been spitting out four duplicate displays on my screen. (Here's pic. http://m.imgur.com/FBRpY66)
I am running the stock kernel 4.1.6-1.
The Nvidia card is a Quadro 1000M.
Bumblebee is installed but not enabled.
Nvidia Optimus is disabled in the BIOS.
My configuration for /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-nvidia.conf is located here. sprunge.us/hXPU
