[rsnapshot] How to avoid copying all data to hourly.0

Dear Sir,
I am sorry but I am new with rsnapshot.
I red that nice page
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Rsnapshot
and I tested rsnapshot

Rsanpshot run with rsync -av option.

I have 4.9T of data to backup and it always take a while to complete. Even if I have not change any files, each time a run rsnapshot hourly, it take a couple of day.

If I understood well, it's because, rsnapshot create each time a new folder hourly.0 copy the change data to hourly.1. Then each time , it copy all 4.7T to hourly.0

How can I make shure to copy all 4.7T to once to hourly.0 and next time the modified files and folder are pushed to hourly.1 wihtout recreating a hourly.0 folder and recopying all data?

Which rsync option do you recommand me?

Thank a lot
