Hybernate during installation (old battery)

After installing all the base to disk I am stuck at the first reboot from the new system.
Up to here everything went fine but now every time I try to login the system goes into sleep.
I checked some discussions on the Arch Forum, but it seems that they are all much more advanced in installation than I am, meaning all the files and folders they are referring to yet do not exist on my installation. I was trying, e.g., systemctl disable laptop-mode, but that does not seem to do anything.
After I removed the battery, working on cable only, it sort of works and I could continue installing xorg.
Nevertheless, there are obviously some basic power settings that run into trouble with my very old battery (keeps the system running maybe 10-15 min or so on Ubuntu or XP).
Where are those and what/how to change.

Cheers.

Here what I mean by "some folders do not exist yet"
Looking at https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=202632 I searched for folders such as /sys/class/power_supply
but it is empty.

Re: Hybernate during installation (old battery)

Nobody any idea?
Unfortunately, a short try on ArchLinux then.
