I can't launch Nautilus, gnome-terminal and Gedit from their "Activities" icon anymore (it worked just 1 or 2 days ago).
However I can launch them from a terminal (respectively : nautilus , dbus-launch gnome-terminal , gedit).
Could this be caused by the recent DBus update ? I have no idea.
Thanks in advance.

Same for me.
Changing the menu entries (for example with menulibre from AUR) like this:
nautilus: from "nautilus --new-window %U" to "nautilus"
gnome-terminal: from "gnome-terminal" to "dbus-launch gnome-terminal"
gedit: from "gedit %U" to "gedit"
cheese: from "cheese" to "dbus-launch cheese"
..and refreshing the shell by typing "r" into Alt + F2 makes it work for me.
However I have no idea whether this is the proper way to do it.

I have added
source /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/50-systemd-user.sh
to my xinitrc (I use startx), and it seems to have fixed the problem for now.
