60s freeze on boot due to some problem with VBox kernel module

I have this problem that for about 60 seconds there's a "running start task for ...." progress-bar on boot, with red flashing asterisks.

Not sure what is wrong, but it worked fine a week ago or so. I've downgraded all the virtualbox stuff and it didn't help, so now I'm upgrading it again.

Here is my dmesg - dmesg.txt (with colors, read it with Less or something) and dmesg-nocolor.txt (without colors)

Here's a journalctl -b output.

My vbox packages:

community/virtualbox 5.0.4-1 [installed]
community/virtualbox-guest-iso 5.0.4-1 [installed]
community/virtualbox-host-modules 5.0.4-1 [installed]
archlinuxcn/virtualbox-ext-oracle 5.0.4-1 [installed]

I have kernel 4.1.6

Here's one maybe relevant piece of the log
