[SOLVED] Broadcom BCM4365 Package Loss / Disconnetion Problem

Hello there,

my Laptop uses a Broadcom BCM4365 802.11 Hybrid Wireless Controller (6.30.223.248 (r487574)) which is using (either) broadcom-wl or broadcom-wl-dkms from the AUR as a driver (I tried both, same result).
Now _IF_ it works, it works quite well but every x minutes (I would say 2 - 3 minutes) it seems that the WiFi card looses connection to the Network. It does not visually disconnect in the window manager, nor does the signal rate change but suddenly it does not load websites anymore and if I try to ping a site I got a huge package loss.

The WiFi signal is quite strong where I am sitting and I had both, Windows 8.1 and 10 on this Notebook and the WLAN never had any problems in this place.. Plus I had Arch Linux on this machine as well some time ago and I could use my WiFi without problems even in my garden, which is like 60 meters away from the router. Now I am just sitting away like 10 meters and it doesn't seem to work.

If I get as close as 2 meters to the router it will work all the time but where is the point in having WiFi then.

Like I said, nothing changed in the Hardware configuration and I didn't have this kind of problem when I had Arch Linux installed some month ago. So probably the driver package changed?

Any help is highly appreciated!!!

EDIT:

dmesg states it is the BCM4365 while lspci detects it as BCM43142. Strange...

Okay, I know this may sound strange and I don't have any evidence for this, except my personal experience:

It seems, that I only get package loss / disconnections while using Chromium.
Right now I am using Firefox for surfing and neither websites stop loading nor installing / updating via Pacman gets stucked...

EDIT:

It seems I was mistaken about this one. It just worked a little longer than usual.
What is strange is: As I said I had Arch on this machine before. And this was the Laptop with the very best WiFi connection ever. I could have used the WiFi all over my place while my MacBook and Smartphone didn't have enough signal strenght. And now this...
