bluetooth "No default controller available"

hi guyz.i have just intall arch linux-gnome and my bluetooth says

No defautlt controller available

.I already have install

bluez blueman bluez-utils

and checked systemctl

systemctl enable bluetooth.service

I have the same hardware and it still isn't working -- the outputs are the same.

My kernel is 4.2.5-1-ARCH

Can you remove the bottom cover from the laptop and find the model number for the wireless card?  You can also look at the sticker on the wireless card to see if it has a WLAN and a BT MAC address on it
