Multiple Monitor Setup

I've had Arch installed for years now, I recently got a new monitor for a dual monitor setup. I successfully got everything working while I'm logged in. The problem is on a reboot. Instead of the gdm I get a screen saying "Oh no! Something has gone wrong. A problem as occurred and the system can't recover. Please log out and try again." If I unplug one monitor everything works fine. I hit Ctrl+Alt+2 to get log in at the terminal and I noticed a certain process was running "gnome-session-failed".

I've looked at some debug logs but nothing looks out of the ordinary. I've ran the nvidia-settings and saved the xorg file and that didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks
