i'm using the linux-lts kernel from the repos, and the according nvidia-lts package.
an lts kernel upgrade is imminent (4.1.8-1 [installed: 3.14.51-1]).
trying a simple pacman -Syu, i get this message:
:: Starting full system upgrade...
resolving dependencies...
warning: cannot resolve "nvidia-utils=355.11", a dependency of "nvidia-lts"
:: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies:
nvidia-lts
:: Do you want to skip the above package for this upgrade? [y/N]
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: nvidia-lts: requires nvidia-utils=355.11
the version in the repos is currently
extra/nvidia-utils 352.41-1
and via AUR i could install
aur/nvidia-utils-beta 355.11-1
so far i never had to resolve to AUR packages for my basic setup.
is this a temporary out-of-sync, should i just wait for a day, then try updating again?
or is this how it's going to be from now on?

It seems that nvidia-utils is in testing and nvidia-lts has been accidentally updated already with the new version instead, propably will fix itself once nvidia-utils leaves testing

nvidia-utils from the main repos is still incompatible with nvidia-lts.
i installed nvidia-utils-beta from AUR, and after that the "pacman -Syu" went along without a hitch.
