Manual startup of systemd/user

Hello,

On my arch linux computer I have a vncserver Xvnc running.

I can connect to my arch linux system with vnc.

Because the vnc user is not authenticated against PAM a systemd/user instance is not started for user vnc.
And I would like to have a systemd/user instance for user vnc running because for instance pulseaudio depends on it.

Is it possible to start manually an instance of systemd/user for user vnc?
Is 'loginctl enable-linger vnc' the way to go to start systemd/user for user vnc or is there another way?

Kind regards,
Harm-Jan Zwinderman
