problem with installing oracle database 11g R2

hi guys..
i want to install oracle database in my arch system.i follow step by step THIS and i use method 1 to install.
after configuration in last step i encounter the problem.after this:

./runInstaller -ignoreSysPrereqs

its my result in terminal:

[oracle@saeed dataBase]$ ./runInstaller -ignoreSysPrereqs
./runInstaller: line 97: /home/saeed/Documents/dataBase/install/.oui: Permission denied

i check many time permission this file and its 777.
i am google and not find any result to resolve this issue.

Wow, that Wiki article ... I don't even.
Seriously, forget it. That mess of a tutorial is more than 6 years old and it basically tells you how to manually re-configure half of Arch.
You're probably much better off with running a different distribution that has proper Oracle support (RHEL-based I'd guess), maybe even in a VM running in Arch.
