Hello.
I have a raid1 array (2 x 1tb) created via mdadm. I also have 2 spare 2tb disks. I'd like to create a raid10 array with all 4 drives!
My understanding of this would be:
Create raid10 with 2 missing disks
rsync raid1 data to mounted raid10 array
mark raid10 as failed and add missing disks to it
Is that correct? I am unfamiliar with mdadm and how it handles differently sized drives in raid10.
I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
