Chromium not launching

Hello everyone,

My name is Raphael, and I just installed Arch Linux. I love this distro, however I installed chromium via pacman-S chromium yesturday, and after a reboot the browser just doesn't launch. any idea as to what is going on? everything else seems to launch just fine.

Also is there any place to read about how Arch Linux works, I am new to Arch.

Thank you.

here is what I get on terminal

[raphael@archlinux home]$ chromium --diagnostics
bash: /usr/bin/chromium: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

Re: Chromium not launching

exec format error suggests you installed the 64 bit version of chromium on a 32 bit installation. Did you mess with pacman.conf?
