How to transfer (mpd) m3u playlist to iPod/iPhone (without iTunes)

I have mpd playlists (m3u files), but how can I transfer the list to iPhone? I knew that the iTunes can import m3u list then I can sync to iPhone, but there are couples issues with it, 1) every time I need to update the playlist in iTunes then sync to iPhone 2) Always I have to use the same mac (iTunes) to sync iPhone.

How to do this? or how are you transferring the music files to your iPhone?
