Problem installing KDE with GNOME

I'm new to Arch and have been using Gnome 2.14. I wanted to try KDE as well, so I tried to install it with command:

pacman -Sy kde

However after downloading kde and all its dependencies I get the following error message:

error: the following file conflicts were found:
  kdebindings: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8: exists in filesystem

Is there any simple way of getting around this conflict?

Re: Problem installing KDE with GNOME

'pacman -Syf kde' will force pacman to overwrite any file conflicts.
