Webex Network Recording Player for Arch Linux

I am trying to find a way to view Webex Network Recording On Arch Linux?

It says I need to download some installer but I can't see anything for Linux.

I made this work in Centos before but I don't recollect the steps, currently I am trying to do the same in Arch Linux.

If anyone has idea on this, please do share. Also there is nbr2mp4 tool but it accepts the ARF file and not the network stream file as input.
