Fallout 4 is run through steam and is a Windows only program, so wine is also necessary.
My system specs are as follows:
AMD FX8350, EVGA nVidia 750 with 352 proprietary drivers (I have also tried 355 and the 358 beta drivers -- same result), 8 gb RAM.
I am using wine 1.7.54.1 and the 4.2.5-1 kernel with "noexec=off".
I have followed the advice of other posts on the forums, but have not had any luck so I am guessing this issue is specific to the program.
Here is the readout of wine when I execute the program.

Thank you in advance
:EDIT: An additional note: I have gotten it working in Windows, so it should not be hardware related. I am installing wine-staging now and trying it with that.

Try wine-staging

I tried wine-staging, but had the same result on the program end.
Here is the pastebin of trying to run the program using wine-staging.
Another curious thing that I should have said earlier. I am getting a really weird error at the launcher. Normally when you start Fallout 4, it scans your system and sets the graphics settings (I.E. render distance and partical effects) according to what is optimal. After scanning my computer, it reports an error message that says "Your video hardware was not identified. Video settings have been set for low quality."
This is interesting, because when I have Skyrim (which is written by the same team and on the same in-house game engine) scan for my hardware settings, it defaults to Ultra-High settings.

Fallout 4 just came out and uses DirectX 11, support of which has just been remotely started in wine a few months ago, this isn't going to work for quite some time. Skyrim still used DX10 or even 9 this isn't really a comparison to make
