Saving clock settings for nouveau

Hello.

I just migrated to Linux and have a question concerning nouveau.
According wiki I can play with clock speeds, however the code is [yet] unstable. I added nesessary kernel parameter and now can adjust clock speed sending bits to /sys/class/drm/cardN/device/pstate.

1. How can i save the value between reboots?
2. Can I easy set this specific value without superuser permissions?
