`CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found error on starting nixnote2

Hi,

My system is updated. Today I installed nixnote2 from the AUR. When I execute 'nixnote2' from the terminal I get the below error:

nixnote2: /usr/lib/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by nixnote2)

I can see '/usr/lib/libcurl.so.4' does exist. I reinstalled curl, that didn't help.

How do I go about resolving this?

Is this the package from AUR you are having the issue with?
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nixnote-beta/
If so did you read the comments on the linked page above?

Re: `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found error on starting nixnote2

Please, check the comments on the AUR page https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nixn … ent-519754: that software requires an older version of libcurl (This thread suggests to install libucrl-compat from AUR).

--edit: too slow.
