Install Arch behind NTLM

Hello! I want to install Arch behind NTLM Windows proxy.
Architecture is x86_64

Problem is - I can not build cntlm without gcc after being booted from usb.
Can you please advise me where can I get the needed(prebuilt?) gcc package that I can use to build cntlm.

Any other ways of installing behind cntlm are appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Install Arch behind NTLM

Without network access from the live iso that would require downloading all packages in base-devel group and installing them manually.
Doable, but a lot of work and can be tricky .

If you don't have access to another arch linux system, can you create an archlinux VM that connects to internet using the network access of the host ?
On that system you can then build the cntlm package.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
