Acer ES1-512 keyboard / keymap bug after upgrading to xorg 1.18.0-3

Today I've upgraded my packages and xorg related packages got upgraded too. After that, some of the keys on my Acer ES1-512 keyboard got recognized wrongly. I've tested with xev and the Delete key were recognized as XF86TouchpadOn and the arrow keys were wrong too (XF86 function buttons instead of up, down, left, right).

I had to downgrade these packages to get them working right:

downgraded libinput (1.1.1-1 -> 1.1.0-1)
downgraded xf86-input-evdev (2.10.0-2 -> 2.10.0-1)
downgraded xorg-server-common (1.18.0-3 -> 1.17.4-2)
downgraded xorg-server (1.18.0-3 -> 1.17.4-2)
downgraded xf86-video-intel (1:2.99.917+478+gdf72bc5-3 -> 1:2.99.917+478+gdf72bc5-2)

Other than these, my system is up to date. I'm using awesome WM.

Should I visit the bugtracker and report this as a bug? Is there anyone who had the same problem lately? I googled and searched the forum, but I didn't found a problem like this.
