Keyboard backlight turned off after reboot

Hey there,

I have a Dell XPS 15 9530 with Arch + GNOME and the keyboard backlight works fine when turning it on with the FN-Keys. How ever, after each reboot the keyboard backlight is turned off and needs to be manually turned on with the FN-Keys.

Is there a fix for this?
