Microcode boot problem

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mi … stemd-boot

I used pacman to install intel-ucode and changed the systemd-boot as suggested. When I reboot, It says that intel-ucode.img can't be found and won:t continue booting. I have to boot from the install disk to comment the line out before I can boot in. Anyone know the solution?

Re: Microcode boot problem

Where is your ESP mounted? How is your bootloader configured?

Re: Microcode boot problem

ESP is mounted as per the wiki instructions: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beginners'_guide#UEFI.2FGPT

I followed these instructions to manually configure my bootloader: https://www.thomas-krenn.com/en/wiki/Re … ly_in_BIOS

That doesn't answer my questions.
