Xen install with UEFI support - downgrading binutils

Greetings all,

I'm attempting to install xen with UEFI support.

Following wiki for UEFI support I retrieved binutils 2.24 and made the appropriate changes (--enable-targets=x86_64-pep), but cannot install because gcc-multilib is complaining that it requires binutils >= 2.25

Has anyone successfully installed with UEFI support recently, and if so how?

Also, I'm unfamiliar with svn, how do I find which version of gcc-multilib to downgrade to and how would I find the corresponding revision number in the svn history (if that is the correct way to go about this).

Thanks for any feedback!

Re: Xen install with UEFI support - downgrading binutils

Is there some more information I should be providing? Or is this one of those situation where the solution is blatantly obvious? If so, would someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

I've read nearly every pertinent result on the forums/google. I'll reach out to the xen-users list and post back if/when this is resolved. Thanks again!
