How would I replicate a Arch wiki, aur, repositories, and mainpage?

I want to start setting up a centralized bioinformatics tools site, and I think what is done with Archlinux is an ideal example of how to handle information and package distribution.  So, how do I emulate it?  Big areas I'd like to learn more about in order to have similar functionality and setup are the wiki, AUR, forums, main page, and repositories.

Take a look at FluxBB and MediaWiki for the forums and wiki.

Full details on the website and AUR can be found on the Arch Linux Projects page.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan
