Mouse in gnome breaks after update

I've run into a weird problem. I've updated my arch installation yesterday. Now, I cannot click on any gnome panel/feature, but my mouse works.
It works in Firefox and other programs, but selecting a program in the program overview doesn't work, neither does my touchpad. So, it's a gnome problem.
I also cannot click anything on the loginscreen (gdm).
My keyboard works perfectly.

I've installed lightdm, which solved the login part, but Gnome is still broken.
I've installed KDE which works without problems. Maybe this will automatically be fixed after a while.
