Follow the Beginner's Guide:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beginners'_guide

Mount the Windows-generated EFI system partition to /boot and *do not* format it.

EDIT: If you wish to use Secure Boot, follow this guide after installation:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Se … led_system

Alternatively, don't install a boot{loader, manager} from Arch and instead just update the Mint bootloader after installing Arch.

Thanks to fast reply big_smile. My doubt was the installation of boot loader, beacuse when i was installed Fedora and new boot loader, windows 10 and Linux Mint 17.3 not started. Now, I know that is enough update a boot loader from Mint, everything is easier. Thanks again big_smile
