Dear Arch Linux users,
I have a HP Pavilion 15 p231 laptop which has BCM43142 wifi[1] and it does not work properly.
Symptoms:
Sometimes wifi becomes terribly slow. (I'd address that in a separate thread so let's not focus on this here. Though it may be important to know.)
After a suspend-resume cycle, wifi refuses to connect to anything, it does not even see networks.
Now, for this latter issue, after resuming from suspend, I see the following error message appearing periodically in dmesg:

I have intentionally disabled netctl and wpa_supplicant services recently hoping that the problem was some sort of race for resources between these and NetworkManager. This did not make any difference.
This never worked on this laptop so far. I bought it in August 2015.
