Ownership of /etc, and many other directories.

Hello guys,
just installed Archlinux on another laptop yesterday.

Today I notice that /etc and serveral other directories is owned by my main user account 'lars'

I'm a bit mystified, since some directories/files has the right ownership /etc/sudoers, but others
doesn't have like /etc/systemd and /etc/shadow

Any ideas on why? and how to easiest fix it without a reinstall ?
