kicker taskbar

any idea how to make the applications in kicker's taskbar appear in one row
instead of two without making the panel small?
I added MinimumButtonHeight=30 to the top of ~/.kde/share/config/ktaskbarrc  and restarted kicker but it won't read the value from that file.
Any idea anybody?

I had a look around, here is something to try:

in ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc:

[Applet_1]
ConfigFile=taskbar_panelapplet_kwxreiv2dce6kohzdkvb_rc
DesktopFile=taskbarapplet.desktop
FreeSpace2=0.00888889
WidthForHeightHint=208

Maybe the idea is to change the ConfigFile line from the above to the config file you changed? Also maybe you can try removing your current taskbar applet from kicker, re-adding it, and maybe the new instance will read the value when it is created.

I already have that part in kickerrc
could it be MinimumButtonHeight=30 did not work because it needs a [something] above it?
