My simple initcpio hook that shows a legal banner in early userspace
Hello Archers!
I always wanted to show a legal banner / message before my full disk encryption prompt. But I could not find a single program on the internet, so i decided to write it myself. After half an hour of reading documentation I had a working result. I released it on GitHub (https://github.com/drkh5h/early-issue) and on AUR (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/early-issue-git/)! You can customize the message by editing the file /etc/early-issue. You will have to rebuild your initramfs after any changes and after installation!
